Claims Management

Field-ready software for property claims professionals

Claims, communications, and inspections — one workspace.

Manage your claims, communicate with the people you serve, sync across your office and the field, and capture inspection audio and photos — all from one workspace that stays out of your way.

Built for adjusters, public adjusters, contractors, roofers, home inspectors, and the firms they work with.

What it does

Claims, organized

Track every claim from first notice through close-out. Notes, photos, documents, communications, and inspection findings live with the claim — not scattered across email, text threads, and folders.

Talk to insureds in one click

Send inspection-scheduling and follow-up messages by SMS or email from inside the app. Replies and delivery status are logged automatically against the claim. STOP opt-outs are honored at the carrier level.

Google integration on your terms

Send email from your own Gmail. Book inspection appointments directly to your Google Calendar. Save inspection files to a structured folder layout in your Google Drive. Caller-ID lookup against your Google Contacts so an insured's name pops on your phone when they call back.

Mobile field recorder

A companion iOS app records inspection audio while you work, uploads to your Drive, and transcribes the audio so the transcript ends up on the claim record without you typing a thing. Works offline — uploads and transcribes when you're back in coverage.

Sync across every device

Changes you make on the desktop in the morning are on your phone in the field that afternoon. Last-write-wins conflict resolution keeps your data consistent across office, laptop, and phone.

AI research that respects your data

Optional AI features help research a property, summarize a loss, or draft a first-pass note. No claim or customer data is sent to AI by default. When you choose to use AI, you decide what each query contains — including any custom prompt you write, which is sent as written, so you control what is shared. Our current AI processor is Anthropic (Claude); if we change providers, the commitments here continue to apply. Gmail content, Calendar events, Drive files, and Contacts are never sent to any AI service — not for queries, not for training.

All Google access uses your own account; we never store your Google tokens on our servers. We use the minimum scopes required and deliberately avoid full-mailbox or full-Drive access. See our Privacy Policy for the full scope-by-scope breakdown.

Who it's for

Claims Management is built for professionals who work property claims and the firms they belong to. That includes:

It is not a consumer claims app, and it is not intended for individual claimants filing their own personal claim. It is professional software for businesses doing claims, inspection, and restoration work.

Your data, your devices

Claims Management is local-first. Claim data lives in an encrypted database on your own machine. If you turn on multi-device sync, an encrypted copy is mirrored to a sync server so your other devices stay current — but the canonical copy is always yours.

How to get started

New users can register at the sign-in page. You'll be asked for your company name during signup — sole proprietors and one-person shops can simply enter their business name, or leave it as "Independent Adjuster." The Software is built for the day-to-day workflow of property claims professionals, so it is unlikely to be useful to anyone outside that work.
